All catalog content, pricing tiers, and collections shown on the Platform are Classified as Confidential Information. The dealer agrees: (a) to maintain strict secrecy of all platform design images and prices; (b) never to share login credentials; (c) never to show design catalogs, screenshots, or CAD specifications to end customers or third-party manufacturers.

For IP protection and system auditing, all user interactions, session events, page views, search inputs, downloaded details, and transaction histories on the Platform are monitored and logged. Steganographic forensics are embedded dynamically into displayed designs. Koshda Jewellery House reserves the right to suspend any dealer account showing suspicious traffic patterns or NDA violations immediately without prior notice.

Each dealer executes a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Breach of confidentiality or infringement of designs will result in immediate termination of account access, reporting of business records to industry councils, and a minimum fine of ₹5,00,000 (Five Lakh Indian Rupees) per violation as pre-agreed liquidated damages, in addition to further litigation remedies.

All bookings submitted through the Platform represent purchase intent and production requests. Submit requests are non-binding contracts of sale until Koshda Jewellery House administrators review catalog schedules, confirm pricing, verify materials allocation, and issue an official Confirmation Invoice. Pricing listed on the catalog represents placeholder valuations subject to change based on actual market commodity prices at invoice time.

These Terms, the Platform design catalogs, and all transactions executed through this portal are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, where the primary showroom and corporate office are located.
